Google focussing (wrongly) on driverless cars

My flight to Colorado springs has been delayed by over 4 hours due to crew unavailability. How can airlines these days get away with anything. A three hour flight delayed by 4 hours due to crew unavailability in my mind is direct culpability of mismanagement by the airlines.

You are probably wondering what does that have to do with the subject of the post. Wait I'm getting there. I was browsing the web to kill time and came across this news article from earlier in the month about Google and driver less cars .

Is this the most pressing problem. Given my situation with the airlines I think Google should focus on crew less flights. Imagine the colossal waste in human time that this will take out of the system. The technology for this is already there and used heavily by the defense establishment "drones" why not get this honed and perfected for human travel.

I'm sure we all have other pressing problems for Google to address and I'm looking forward to all the comments ...
